The Timmins Native Friendship Centre provides programs that support the cultural heritage of Aboriginal people by assisting in their inclusion and participation in urban life. With support, they strive to improve the quality of life for urban aboriginal and non-aboriginal people living in the Timmins area by providing intervention, direct services, advocacy, and support in the areas of health, education, culture, recreation, and social services. The Centre is committed to providing a place of opportunities for learning new ways to live, in a healthy way.
